Tinker Hybrid National Training

Published by Tyne Sumner on

Over the course of the year so far, the HASS DEVL team have experimented with a range of different training delivery methods in order to gauge how best to roll out digital skills and tools training to researchers across the country.

Two Hybrid Trainings have been held over the past few months – the first delivered to attendees from the University of Melbourne, Federation University and Flinders University and the second to interested parties from across Western Australia and a cohort in Adelaide.

The hybrid sessions have showcased the key components of the HASS DEVL project, the many tools and services available via Tinker and exemplar scenarios in which users may make use of the tools and methods.

Our presenters also spoke about FAIR data, Indigenous data protocols, and approaches to making data machine readable.

More hybrid trainings are planned for 2019 so keep an eye on our Twitter feed for updates!
